That’s what I keep telling myself lately.

I’m more uncomfortable than I’ve been in years — and that’s saying something.

The market in 2025? It’s a brain freeze.
Commercial real estate is stalled. Rates 7% still. Capital’s cautious sitting on sidelines. Everybody’s waiting for “the bottom.”
But you can’t sit still and wait for something that may never come.

Ex: I’m rolling into something new to me. Same Industry - different niche.

I’m partnering with a close friend — a pilot who’s developing an aviation community. We’re taking four lots and building hangar homes.
It’s different from anything I’ve ever done.
No quick flips. No chasing small margins because markets are tight. No comfort zone.

And honestly, that’s the point.

In the old days, I made money flipping houses. The hustle was constant — buy, fix, sell, repeat. Always chasing income. Always running on adrenaline.

But everything’s changed.
The economy’s changed.
I’ve changed.

Post 2020 I purchased and sold 35M in multi-family and commercial properties. It was extremely uncomfortable times for our country and myself. Now the markets shifted once again - more like STAGNATED

Now I’m pouring that energy into something bigger — building from abundance, not desperation.

Because here’s the truth: people don’t need another “guru” right now. They need leaders.
They need buddies — someone to talk to who actually gets it, who’s walked through the fire, who’s still learning, still growing, still uncomfortable but still moving.

That’s what I’m doing.
And that’s why I’m here — writing, building, connecting.

You don’t need another $50,000 mastermind or “event.” You need someone who’s in the trenches with you, helping you grow — one conversation, one idea, one deal at a time.

I’m not here to talk down to anyone.
I’m reaching one hand up — learning from those ahead of me — and keeping the other hand down, to pull up those ready to move.
